What is the incentive?

Next Travel Nurses can earn a $2,000 bonus for completing a 26-week assignment. 50% of the bonus is paid at the completion of 13 weeks with the rest paid at the completion of 26 weeks. Must start by 10/31/20.

For assignments less than 26 weeks, your assignment length must be a minimum of 21 weeks with an assignment end date after 1/30/21. Prorated payouts may be available depending on assignment length.

What Are the Requirements?

To receive the full bonus, you must work at least 90% of scheduled hours and/or guaranteed minimums.

Contract weeks = number of weeks with any worked hours. Example: if you schedule time off for 1 week in a 26-week contract, it will be treated as a 25-week contract.

Orientation week is counted as full scheduled hours. But if you work fewer or more than scheduled hours during orientation there is no impact to the total hours worked.

While unlikely given anticipated winter demand, no change if you are canceled, unit does not offer sufficient hours, or is closed on holidays.

Do I Need to Work on the Holidays?

Nope! You only need to work at least 90% of scheduled hours and/or guaranteed minimums, which may or may not include holidays. However, be on the lookout for additional holiday gifts and incentives we plan to roll out!
